To serve as role models and leaders, in preparing and aiding women to reach their full potential. We strive to nurture leadership skills and build self confidence, to expand realms of influence and continue to develop strong women leaders and mentors.
Goals & Vision:

Goals & Vision:
- To target women between 21-26 years of age who may be women in their first job, transitioning jobs or women who want to advance.
- To help improve the leadership skills of women through a variety of ways that will help them succeed in the workplace and in life.
- To help develop strong, confident women by fostering skills needed in their dailey lives (either 1-on-1 mentoring, speaking to companies, groups, etc.)
- Reach out to various organizations, businesses, networking groups and advise and mentor these groups to help propel women into future leadership roles.
- Provide a network of women to give back to others by paying it forward so that other women can grow into successful roles and positions.
